Haryana Scholarship Online form 2021 Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) for SC/BC students of Haryana: Higher Education Department, Haryana has invited online form applications for Post Matric Scholarship from SC/BC/OBC students. The department invite applications for scholarship from SC/BC/OBC students for the year 2020-21. All Haryana Domicile students enrolled in 2021-21 session can fill the Scholarship Form. You can download Haryana Scholarship Notification 2021 and fill online form from below given links. Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) / Family ID is mandatory to apply for Scholarship. Online registration of applications can be done at centralized portal harchhatravratti.highereduhry.ac.in for Post Matric Scholarship Scheme. "Har-Chhatravratti" is a centralized portal developed for inviting the applications for Post Matric Scholarship for SC and OBC Students. The students who satisfy the eligibility criteria shown above, are given scholarships in the range of Rs. 300/- p.m. to Rs. 820/- p.m. including reimbursement of maintenance allowance, tuition fee, exam fee and other fund.
