RBI Assistant Pay Scale 2019

The pay scale of Assistant is 13150-750 (3)-15400- 900(4) -19000-1200(6)-26200-1300 (2)-28800- 1480(3) – 33240 – 1750 (1)- 34990 (20 years). Starting basic pay on new appointment on this post is Rs. 14650/- per month (i.e. Rs. 13150/- plus 2 advance increments admissible to graduates only). Also candidate is given various allowances as follows out of which some of them are calculated on basic pay.

Allowances:
Dearness Allowance (DA)
House Rent Allowance (HRA)
Transport Allowance (TA)
City Compensatory Allowance (CCA) etc.
The rates of these allowances are revised from time to time.

RBI Assistant Salary 2019

As per 2017 notification of RBI Assistant, the starting salary adding all allowances comes to be approximately Rs. 35,928/-. The House rant allowance at the rate of 15% is included in this salary.
Also candidate is given various benefits such as vehicle maintenance expense, newspaper, book grant, brief case, residence furnishing. Also candidates is given medical expense (depending on eligibility) and Dispensary facility. Festival advance is given on which no interest is to be paid by the candidate. Loan and advances are also provided at concessional rates for car, education, pc, housing, consumer articles.

The posting of candidate is done in the RBI office within that zone which candidate has mentioned in his/her application. However they can be transferred to other zone if required.
