NIACL AO Pay Scale - A newly Appointed NIACL Administrative Officer gets Pay Scale Rs. 32795-1610(14)-55335-1745(4)-62315 and other admissible allowance as applicable (DA, HRA etc.).

NIACL AO Pay Scale and Salary as given in 2021 notification

Starting Basic Pay is Rs. 32795. It will be increase annually by 1610 till it reaches 55335 in 14 years. Then it will increase by 1745 per year for 4 years till it reaches 62315. All the allowances will be calculated on this basic pay and added to the basic pay to find total emoluments.

NIACL AO Salary Emoluments & Benefits as per 2021 notification: The Basic Pay for these posts is Rs. 32,795/-. Total salary / emoluments combining all benefits will be approximately Rs.60,000/- p.m. in Metropolitan Centers. 
The Deductions will be around Rs. 7000. So cash in hand salary will be around Rs. 53000 in metropolitan centres. This salary will be a bit low for Y, Z town cities.

Guarantee Bond:
Before Joining as Probationer, Candidate have to give an undertaking to serve the Company for a minimum period of four years. If he/she resigns before this period, they will be liable to pay liquidated damages equivalent to one year’s gross salary paid to them during the year of probation which could be proportionately reduced depending on the length of
service rendered.
