UPSC CDS Result 2021 Declared

Union Public Service Commission conducts Combined Defence Services examination two times every year. CDS-I 2021 had already been conducted on 07 February 2021. Now The results had been announced.

Latest News:
UPSC had announced OTA final result of UPSC CDS I 2021 on 21 March 2022. Total 169 candidates are finally qualified. Earlier UPSC had invited applications for admission to the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Officer Training Academy, Air Force Academy. 

About SSB Interview:

The number of candidates being shortlisted for SSB interview is decided on the basis of results / cut off and other factors. 
CDS is held for admission to:
(i) Indian Military Academy, Dehradun
(ii) Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala course
(iii) Officers’ Training Academy, Chennai SSC Women Non technical Course
(iv) Officers’ Training Academy Chennai SSC Course for men
(v) Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (pre Flying) Training course

Post declaration of CDS 2021 Result

After declaration, shortlisted candidates have to appear for the two stage selection procedure.

  1. Psychological Aptitude Test,
  2. Intelligence Test

All the candidates who qualified in CDS, have to face stage 1 test on first day at Selection Centres. Only those candidates who qualify in the 2nd stage are required to submit photocopy of following documents.

  1. Matriculation pass certificate or equivalent in support of date of birth.
  2. Degree document having all semesters marksheets.


These test comprised of 2 stages:

  1. In Stage I, Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests, Picture Perception *Description Test (PP&DT) are carried out. Then shortlisting on combined performance is done.
  2. Stage II have Interview, Psychology Tests, Group Testing Officer Tasks and the Conference and conducted over 4 days. The personality of candidate is assessed by the interviewing Officer (IO), Group Testing Officer (GTO) and the Psychologist.

1. Candidates need to visit the direct link given below. It will let them download the result pdf directly.
2. In that pdf, they need to search their roll number and date of birth and/or password.
